Subject: Fugitive dustSteve- Perhaps you can help me? I live in Bakersfield, Ca. We have inundated w/ fugitive dust (chronic exposure) from a field (past agriculture toxic pesticides and oilfield dumpsite) So many people are ill including children etc. The city wont do anything b/c of the control by big bucks and developers etc. Do you have any suggestions? legal help? media?
