Poisoned by an Organophosphate (Dursban) in home

Dear Steve:

In 1989 I was poisoned with Organophosphate Pesticides (Dursban), in my home.  I had all the classic signs and symptoms of pesticide poisoning but of course they were overlooked because the medical schools don't spend much time educating in this area.  I of course had the MCS that developed further into Universal Reactor.  The DR put me on a four month course of Doxycycline which made me even worse. Now I also had Systematic Candidias, Malabsorption Syndrome, Adrenal Insufficiency, Hashimoto's Thyroiditis etc...etc...etc.. I'm sure you are well aware of the picture.

In the end I developed auto immunities and all of my endocrine glands have been adversely affected.  I've done many, many detox programs....I got to a place where I was stable as long as I kept to my clean diet, stayed on my hormones and continued to detox.. I entered Massage Therapy School and did well.  Of course the whole ordeal has been quite an education.  I knew a great deal more about Anatomy and Physiology than the other students in class with me.  I still continue to educate myself.  I am presently studying to become a Naturopath.  I am in my Herbology courses presently.  My difficulty at this juncture is, my health has taken a turn for the worse.  Just this year I was able to obtain health insurance through my husband when we got married and the mail order pharmacy changed all my hormones.  For 13 years I was on natural compounded hormones and they substituted them for synthetics.  I have also been doing research about possible pituitary involvement in my condition.  Because all my other endocrine glands are deficient, I summized that the pesticide had the same effect on my pituitary and there for cannot send the signals to my other glands.  When there are multiple endocrine glands involved you have a case of Hypopituitarism.  We did an MRI and found no tumor or cancer.  There are some other recorded causes of Hypopituitarism including head injury.  I'm wondering if you have or could get ahold of any documentation correlating Hypopituitarism with Organophosphate Poisoning.  I am trying to push my Internist into letting me try Human Growth Hormone for my pituitary.  It is the hormone that is responsible for sending signals to the rest of your endocrine glands to do their thing. Maybe you might know of someone who has the same problems, who has tried this protocol.  I would love to have correspondence with them.  If you have any documentation on HGH It would be greatly appreciated as well.

I am sick and tired of being sick and tired and depressed.  I want to get on with life.  I want to be healthy and not hurt.  I want to be able to help others with their health challenges.  But it's kind of hard to do when I feel so bad all the time. I run a low grade fever most days, suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, can't digest my foods properly without enzymes, very low functioning thymus....You name anything...I've got it.  Well, I hope to hear from you.  Hopefully you'll have some documentation that may help me convince my DR.
