Orkin Pest Control poisons another Family

I want to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have helped me behind the scenes to prepare for this trial. Your support has meant the world to me. I am grateful beyond words for your fellowship, camaraderie and bright minds that so generously shared your research, related experiences and creative "detective" work.

We are slated to go before the Judge March 28 to hear the result of our motion for punitive damages, we hope by prevailing this will punish this company for its rich history of corporate malfeasance and total disregard to the health and safety of those who's trust was ill placed in the Orkin motto... "World's Best".

I hope that Frieda and Herbert Watson, who were killed in their own beds by an Orkin misapplication will know a final peace when we prevail.

It has taken 6 years to finally get to court after Orkin contaminated our home and all of our belongings March 5, 1994 with Dursban brand of chlorpyrifos . My husband and best friend of 36 years is now being treated for Parkinsonism, and my symptoms post exposure appear to be similar. We also share toxic encephalopholy, periferal neuropathy, chronic pain, fatigue, memory and concentration deficits post exposure. "Hellish" is the only word that comes close enough to describing our experience for the past 6 years.

We have lost our health and every thing of material value, but in the process have learned a great deal about our strengths in the face of adversity, our determination and resiliency against injustice and through it all have developed a heightened sensitivity to others who suffer in all walks of life from pesticide illnesses and related homelessness.

The power of prayer has sustained me in my darkest hours, I hope you will share yours with us and pass this on to others who suffer in hopes that our efforts will give them hope for the future.
