Mother feels NIX headlice treatment harmed child

When my daughter was around 2yrs, we washed her hair with Nix as my other school aged children brought home lice.......my daughter is now 11 years old and has had a seizure disorder since around the time of her infestation with lice and her contact with Nix, We have been out to see the neurologist's and as of today, there is no epilepsy detected. She is mentally delayed. She is in grade 6 working at a grade 2 level.

I remember catching a glimpse of a documentary on t.v. about a girl that has had seizures since her parents washed her hair with lice shampoo, but couldn't find any information around linking the two. Every time my daughter has had a seizure, 1 to 2 a year to sometimes seizure free for
2 years, I would think about the documentary and the man saying that it was a pesticide that was being applied on the kids heads and would wish to find more information.

I might be grasping at straws but the doctors can't seem to find anything that's causing her seizures so anything is possible.....
