JB in Texas.  After using an overhead spray based on the pyrethrin imported from Africa for 6 years, coupled with hand sprays of the same substance, we finally went to an oil based wipe that seemed more effective in keeping the flys away from our horses legs.  The oil wipe is a pyrethrin based product as well.

3 months after starting with the wipe, unprotected by a glove, using a sponge saturated with the chemical, on 6 - 10 horses 1 to 2 times a day...I have developed a loss of use of my right leg and general loss of strength all over my body.  Fatigue and inability to think as clearly as I am accustomed is also in evidence.

The tests run by the neurologists have shown no definite cause.  The brain scan, cervical mri, the shock and electric probe tests for ALS....have given no answers. They have done no blood work.

I need more informatin and case histories from "horse people" that may have used this kind of product extensively over the past ten years or more who have been diagnosed with neuro-muscular type degeneration.  MS, ALS, MYALGIA  , etc.

Please send any information to pony46@aol.com.  I am desperate for information.

Thanks....JB in Texas  Pony46@aol.com
